The revitalisation has been personally led by Paul Baragwanath, Director of ARTTFORM, who bought into the building and has dedicated the past 18 months to the project.

“The aim for 152 Anzac Avenue has been to reveal the timeless beauty and charm of the building. Its elegant lines, the quality of light, space, forms and materiality. “

The refurbishment includes curated artworks from Paul’s personal collection and commissioned pieces, reflecting his vision that “architecture and art have the potential to transform the quality of daily life.”

The experience is light-filled, professional and welcoming, where warm whites and accents of colour speak to leafy greens out the windows. Heritage wooden furniture meets Art Deco design elements and comfortable corduroy sofas in the common room invite relaxation with a cup of tea or coffee.

It’s a calm and uplifting working-and-relaxing environment.
