The Design
The revitalisation has been personally led by Paul Baragwanath, Director of ARTTFORM, who bought into the building and has dedicated the past 18 months to the project. The refurbishment includes curated artworks from Paul’s personal collection, reflecting his vision that architecture and art have the potential to transform the quality of daily life.
In his capacity as Director of ARTTFORM, Paul has commissioned some of the largest art-in-architecture projects in New Zealand, including the iconic exterior of the New Zealand International Convention Centre, as well as major works at the ANZ Centre, Park Hyatt Auckland, and Precinct Properties’ Commercial Bay.
